Job Description
We are seeking a Full Time Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team at our Oxley facility in Queensland. This is a hands-on position within our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution operation, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective warehouse operations and timely delivery of products to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day activities that keep our warehouse running smoothly, contributing directly to the success of our logistics and distribution network. This is a full-time position based in office at our Oxley QLD location.

What you'll be doing
n

Receiving, checking and processing incoming goods and shipments into the warehouse management system
n
Picking and preparing pallet orders for dispatch in accordance with customer specifications
n
Organising and maintaining stock in the warehouse, ensuring items are stored safely and systematically
n
Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
n
Performing inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records
n
Loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment,



adhering to health and safety standards
n
Following standard operating procedures and company policies at all times
n
Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
n
Assisting with other warehouse duties as required to support business operations
n

Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution workplace
n
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks regularly, including lifting heavy items
n
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
n
Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
A commitment to health and safety practices and compliance with workplace procedures
