MPC Kinetic's Well Servicing business provides well servicing solutions to Australia's onshore oil and gas sector, utilising some of the world's most cutting-edge, purpose-designed, truck-mounted service rigs.

Responsibilities
n
To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated and able to show initiative. You MUST have a minimum of 10 years drilling or completions experience with approximately 5 years supervisory experience. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Identify, and drive process and equipment improvements across MPK to improve team performance and reduce wastage of resources or time.

Develop and coach Rig Mangers / crew members on people and equipment handling, assuring that documentation processes and maintenance planning is conducted effectively to ensure compliance and reduce NPT.

Create and maintain solid relationships and transparent lines of communication with key stakeholders, potential clients and existing clients.
n
Assure that the legislative requirements and permits are valid and in date.
n
Ensure that all new equipment builds are planned effectively, and project controls are effective and utilized fully.
n
Ensure that the highest standards of health, safety & environmental management are implemented.
n
Monitor and report on rigs and subcontracted equipment / personnel performance.
n
Monitor equipment work for compliance with engineering drawings, design specifications, owner's standards & statutory regulations.
