Mathers Townsville is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a part time 30-hour role to drive sales and lead a shop team.
You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, and create a standout store experience for customers in Townsville.
You'll bring retail or customer service experience, a passion for developing people, and solid operational skills to help the team hit targets while maintaining store presentation and a positives culture.
