Job Description
Transurban is seeking a Collections Officer in Sydney to support customer outcomes, optimise cash flow, and manage credit risk within a skilled contact centre.
You will handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and review accounts for risk and next actions.
Six weeks of comprehensive onsite training will be provided at Eastern Creek or CBD, after which the role may be based in Eastern Creek or CBD.
