About the Role
n
We are currently seeking aFull-Time Concrete Loader Driver to join our team in the Mackay region.
n
We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to operate a front-end loader and assist with the day-to-day operations of our concrete plant.
n
For the right person, there is also anopportunity to learn concrete batching and develop additional skills within the business.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Safely operate a front-end loader.
n
Load and handle raw materials.
n
General yard and plant housekeeping.
n
Assist with plant maintenance.
n
Assist with concrete production and batching.
n
Assist with booking and allocating concrete
deliveries.Coordinate
truck movements and deliveries.
n




Provide friendly and skilled customer service.
n
Work effectively as part of a team.
n
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
n
n
About You
n

Has front-end loader experience preferred.
n
Is reliable, punctual and hardworking.
n
Has a positive"can-do" attitude.

Is willing to learn and develop current skills.Has positive communication and customer service skills.

Previous concrete, batching or plant experience is an advantage, butnot essential for the right applicant.
