IDP Education in Geelong is seeking an IELTS Operations Assistant for a casual, in office role supporting customers and managing test day activities. You will help with registration, handling inquiries, and coordinating pre- and post-test tasks to ensure compliance with IELTS rules.
The role requires solid communication, customer service focus, and the ability to work with diverse backgrounds. Shifts are 2–3 per month (Saturdays). Salary is paid at the hourly rate of * AUD.
