An exciting chance has become available for an experienced and customer-focused qualified to join a busy Customer Experience team based in Rhodes, Sydney, NSW.

This role is within the public sector and is located in Rhodes.

Description

Provide exceptional customer service across various communication channels, including phone, email and in-person interactions.
n
Address and resolve customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
n
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
n
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
n
Identify and escalat[e] issues or complaints to the appropriate team or manager.
n
Assist in improving processes and systems to enhance customer experience.
n
Support the team in achieving service level agreements and performance targets.
n
Provide training or guidance to junior team members as needed.
n

Profile
n
A successful Senior Customer Experience Officer should have:

Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.
n
Experience in handling customer enquiries in a professional setting.
n
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
n
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
n
Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer concerns.
n
Current class "C" driver's license
n
Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
n
Current First Aid & CPR training
n
Fluency in Mandarin or Korean
n
Experience working within local government or a similarly regulated workplace.
n
Exposure to finance administration.
n
