Victoria Police is implementing a Frontline Support Services model, expanding RSS across regions with a focus on secure, consistent frontline delivery. The Practice Lead for RSS coordinates stations and supervisors to ensure effective tasking, coverage and governance of the FSO role scope.

The successful candidate will collaborate with FSS Regional Managers, station managers and FSOs to identify issues, support secure operation and contribute to continuous improvement of RSS processes.
