Moritz is expanding its co-counsel network in Australia to support its growing M&A; practice.
As a co-counsel, you will draft, review, and negotiate SPAs, APAs and related documents, coordinate multi-disciplinary due diligence, and manage transaction timelines through signing and closing.
You will advise on deal structure, earn-outs, and post-closing matters.
