As Assistant Production Manager, you'll support production planning, coordinate tradespeople, maintain quality standards, and help drive continuous improvement across the factory floor. This is a hands-on role suited to a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and enjoys being closely involved in day-to-day production outcomes.

SolidWorks or CAD experience (highly regarded)

Trade qualification or strong practical background

Proactive, organised approach to fabrication work

Confidence working with machinery, fabrication, and assembly teams
