The ideal candidate has 3+ years in data center operations, solid cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2), and a solid grasp of power distribution and UPS systems.
Certifications such as CDCP/CDCS/CDCE and CCNA/JNCIA are preferred.
