About the role
n
This is a secure, full-time Monday to Friday position, ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and being part of a hands-on team.
n
Working across both the trade counter and warehouse, you'll assist customers, process orders, manage stock and develop your knowledge of the HVAC&R; industry.
n
No industry experience? No problem. If you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need.
n
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:
n

Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
n




Build solid relationships with customers
n
Process, pick, pack and dispatch orders
n
Assist with stock control and inventory management
n
Load and unload deliveries
n
Operate a forklift (training provided if required)
n
Maintain a safe and organised workplace
n
n
About you
n
You'll be someone who enjoys helping customers and getting involved wherever needed.
n
Ideally, you'll have:
n
n
Customer service, retail, warehouse or trade experience
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
A hands-on approach and strong work ethic
n
Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
n
Commitment to safety and teamwork
n
