WORKSHOP QUALITY CONTROLLER / FOREMAN
Gateway Automotive is looking for a quality-focused, experienced Controller / Foreman to join our team!
This full-time role is an integral part of our quality assurance operations, ensuring our products and services meet the highest industry standards.
If you're someone who takes pride in your work, has an eye for detail and won't let a vehicle leave the workshop unless it's 100% right, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
Conducting final quality checks before vehicles are returned to customers
Helping keep the workshop running smoothly in a rapid-paced workplace
Identifying and resolving quality issues promptly to maintain efficiency
Documenting quality control processes to support continuous improvement initiatives
Providing technical guidance and training on quality assurance best practices
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement vehicle quality control measures
What we're looking for:
Experienced in a workshop/foreman or quality-control role
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Passionate about quality workmanship
A robust communicator and team player
