Job Description
All Things Equal, a hospitality social enterprise in Melbourne, seeks a Kitchen Hospitality Trainer to coach trainees with disability in office in our Balaclava cafe and at partner sites.
You will provide hands-on direction, support culinary skills, and foster a positive learning setting.
Preferred candidates have cafe or restaurant kitchen experience, robust communication, and a passion for inclusive work.
NDIS screening and First Aid are advantageous or willingness to obtain.
