Exedy Australia are looking for a Customer Service officer to join our longstanding team in Seven Hills NSW.
n
Exedy is known worldwide for our great range & quality of Clutch Kits but Exedy is so much more!
n
With Exedy, you will be working with great brands such as Aisin under bonnet products, 555 suspension, along with the extensive Exedy clutch range including our new braking program.
n
This role will provide a high level of value for our customers, organisation and yourself by,
n
n
Providing a high level of customer service.
n
Managing internal and external customer expectations with your local team.
n
Working with our customers to achieve sales targets.
n
Have the ability to identify, develop and generate sales opportunities through incoming calls.
n
Influence business to business sales & customer service through your astute customer service behaviours and attention to detail.
n
Compliment our warehouse team with assisting in processing credits, orders, warranties,



General stock control procedures and twice yearly stock takes.
n
Assist in representing and presenting our brand at various trade shows and industry events when required.
n

Automotive knowledge an advantage with training provided.

Be self-motivated with a proven customer service background.
