In this role, you will develop your practice from a novice to a proficient Enrolled Nurse while remaining accountable for your own actions and responsibilities in providing nursing care.

Key responsibilities

You will support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering person-centred care that aligns with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will contribute to the provision of secure and effective nursing care within the healthcare team.

What you need

Enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
n
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
n
Ability to prioritise workload, recognise changes in clinical condition and provide person-centred care.
