We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a globally recognised sports and lifestyle brand in Chatswood.
n
This is a excellent opportunity for a solid retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, developing a team and helping drive the store forward. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play an key role in the day-to-day running of the storeand support the team in achieving its goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
n
n
Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
n
Lead, coach and motivate the team on the shop floor
n
Drive sales and help the team achieve store targets
n
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
n
Lead from the front and set the standard for the team
n
Support team development, training and performance
n
Assist with rostering, stock, VM and store operations
n




Step up and take ownership of the store when required
n
Help create a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture
n
n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
n
n
Previous Assistant Store Manager or Senior Supervisor experience
n
A confident and hands‐on leadership style
n
Strong sales and customer service focus
n
Someone who enjoys coaching and developing people
n
Commercially aware and motivated by achieving results
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Comfortable working in a fast‐paced retail workplace
n
Sports, footwear or lifestyle retail experience is highly regarded
n
