Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer for our Cairns Airport & City team on a casual basis.
You will greet customers, process rental agreements, upsell products, and maintain vehicle care to ensure a smooth rental experience.
Flexibility to work weekends is required as part of a rotating roster.
Ideal candidates have prior sales or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
