DevRev is seeking an AI Outcomes Manager to unify post-sales across Customer Success and Customer Support. You'll own accounts end-to-end—from implementation and go-live through adoption, renewal health, and expansion—driving outcomes with AI as your multiplier.

You'll manage a portfolio with enterprise and growth accounts, staying accountable for value delivery, coordinating with engineering, sales, and success teams, and leveraging AI to scale.
