Life Without Barriers is seeking an Aged Care Home & Community Assistant on the Mornington Peninsula to provide personalised in-home care for older Australians.
You'll travel between clients' homes, with shifts 7am–5pm, Monday to Friday, casual basis and a kilometre reimbursement.
Key duties include light domestic tasks, personal care, community access, and supporting daily routines while building solid client relationships.
