Concept Eight is seeking a agile leader for our recent Dine-in & Bar on Swan Street Richmond.
You will run shifts day-to-day, while managing wages and inventory on shift, and coach a team to deliver the great service and food experience we're known for.
Experience in dining/kitchen/bar management, solid cost-control, and the ability to roll out national marketing campaigns are highly regarded.
A can-do attitude, coaching skills, and commitment to continuous improvement are essential.
