Yindili Indigenous Recruitment is seekingRecreation Officers for multiple opportunitiesacross community and recreation facilities in the Alexandria and Zetland area.
This is a wide-ranging, customer-focused role supporting the day-to-day operation of busy recreation facilities and programs.
The role
Front-of-house customer service and enquiries
Process bookings, payments and general administration
Support recreation programs and sporting activities
Assist with facility set-up and pack-down
Liaise with facility users, hirers and officials
Help maintain protected and welcoming facilities
What we are looking for
Customer service and administration experience
Solid communication and organisational skills
Recreation, sport,



leisure or community experience highly regarded
Barista/coffee-making experience highly desirable
Current Working With Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Hours & Availability
Successful candidates are expected to work approximately 15 hours per week, rostered across facilities operating Monday to Sunday between 6am and 10pm.
You will need flexibility to work a range of shifts, with regular Saturdays and weeknight/evening availability required.
Applicable penalty rates are paid for evening and weekend shifts.
Yindili will arrange the required National Police Check, and two satisfactory reference checks will also be completed.
