Alzheimer's Queensland is seeking passionate Community Support Assistants to join our community care team in Ipswich.
This casual role supports aged care clients aged 65+ in their own homes, delivering person-centred care and helping clients stay connected with their communities.
You will provide personal care, social support, meals, and light domestic tasks, with emphasis on safety, independence and wellbeing.
