6 Week Temp Contract | Immediate Start | Industrial Setting

We are partnering with a large industrial organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for an immediate start on a 6 week temporary contract. This role will suit a hands-on HR skilled who is comfortable operating in a rapid-paced, operational environment and partnering closely with leaders across blue-collar and corporate workforces.

About the role

Partner with operational and corporate leaders to provide pragmatic HR advice
n
Support employee relations matters including performance management, investigations and case management
n
Advise on industrial relations matters including awards, EBAs and compliance
n
Support change initiatives, workforce planning and organisational needs
n
Assist with policy interpretation and best-practice HR frameworks
n
Work closely with internal HR and safety teams to support business outcomes
n

About you
n
n
Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
n
Strong background working within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, construction or similar environments
n
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards and industrial relations
n
Confident, practical and solutions-focused approach
n
Available to commence immediately or at short notice
n
