Job Description
Bayside Health invites applications for a Social Worker Grade 3 at The Alfred's Adult IPU. Join our Acute multidisciplinary team to support patients and families, addressing psychosocial determinants of mental illness and hospitalisation.

You will advocate, assess, and guide resources to promote recovery and community reintegration. Requirements include a Bachelor of Social Work, eligibility for AASW membership, relevant mental health experience, and WWC clearance with background check.
