Job Description
Bar Capri Noosa, located in Noosa Heads, QLD, is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the daily operation of one of Queensland's busiest premium cocktail venues.
You will work alongside the award-winning team at Cibaria and Maestro Hospitality, guiding up to 20 bartenders and floor staff to deliver exceptional service.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on team development, labour and cost control, seasonal menus, and maintaining operational excellence across all shifts.
