We are now seeking a skilled manager to lead and develop our detailing and estimating team here and overseas. The location will appeal to applicants seeking a family - friendly working and living workplace.

Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for:

Managing the detailing and estimating functions.
n
Leading and developing the team.
n
Supervising and expanding overseas - based detailers.
n
Establishing a safety - first culture.
n
Participating and contributing to the overall management of the business
n
n
To be successful in your application you must demonstrate:

Leadership experience in timber F & T detailing.
n
Robust technical skills
n
Initiative, drive and the capacity to make decisions.
