ANC, an Australian owned leader in last mile delivery, is seeking a Delivery Experience Lead to manage and optimise our fleet of Delivery Professionals from our Notting Hill, VIC office, with travel to client sites across South East Melbourne.
You will lead onboarding, retention, performance reviews, safety compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Versatile weekend work, solid leadership and communication are essential.
