Job Description
Bay Ten Espresso is looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to take ownership of the venue and help shape its next stage. This is more than a "keep the café running" role. You'll work closely with the wider management team across day-to-day operations, people, coffee, food, suppliers, customer experience and commercial performance. There is genuine chance to help develop the venue further, including events, catering, extended trading and future weekend trade.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop the Bay Ten team

Own the day-to-day operation and service

Maintain high standards across coffee, food, hospitality and presentation
n
Build robust relationships with customers and regulars
n
Manage ordering, stock, suppliers and wastage
n
Monitor sales, COGS, labour and overall venue performance
n
Support menu and beverage development
n
Identify opportunities to improve the business and customer experience
n
