Key Responsibilities
n

Assisting the senior advisers with research, modelling, and calculations to create financial strategies.
n
Attending client meetings to provide support and follow-up work.
n
Review and ensure accuracy and compliance of advice documents.
n
Support the implementation of financial strategies.
n
Building robust, trusting relationships with clients, investment platforms, insurers, and other key partners.
n
Proactively addressing client needs and ensuring we maintain high service standards.
n
Contributing to ongoing improvements in processes and efficiency.
n

To be successful for this role,



candidates must meet the following prerequisites
n
n
Completion or progress toward a relevant university degree.
n
Experience using Microsoft365 suite and the ability to quickly learn new software.
n
Strong knowledge base in financial planning concepts and regulations, including an understanding of tax, superannuation, retirement income streams and investments.
n
High levels of accuracy, initiative, and a proactive and enthusiastic work ethic.
n
Ability to build rapport and trust with our team of advisers.
n
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
