FacadeX in Sunshine West, Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Production & Manufacturing Manager to lead our architectural cladding factory.
You will drive safety, quality and productivity while managing shop-floor operations and delivering projects on time.
In this role you will supervise a 20-person workforce, plan production against site requirements, read fabrication drawings and coordinate deliveries across multiple sites.
A hands-on, practical leader with solid communication is essential.
