Job Description
ForHealth Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join Surrey Hills Medical Centre on a casual basis. The role focuses on preventative healthcare, chronic disease management, and collaboration with GPs and allied health specialists to improve patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have current AHPRA registration and CDM experience, with a friendly, proactive approach that fits our practice culture. Ongoing training and support are provided.
