Job Description
Slade Group is seeking a Rearing Manager / Broiler Manager for a recent poultry facility outside Wangaratta.
You will take genuine ownership of the operation as it grows from 50,000 birds to 200,000, shaping processes from day one.
You'll be hands-on in the sheds daily, monitoring welfare, biosecurity, safety and flock performance, with the prospect to define how the farm is run and scaled, including accommodation and company-provided vehicle and equipment.
