Linktal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lead Hand for a plastics manufacturing site in Melbourne.
You will lead a small team of around 5 people while staying hands-on, with a transparent path to a more senior leadership role over the coming years.
The position offers a permanent full time contract with a 9-day fortnight, early dayshift 5:00am–2:00pm, and a competitive hourly rate of $47–$51 plus Super.
