Centacare is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join the Centacare Family and Relationship Services team at the Fortitude Valley office.
You will coordinate day-to-day operations, support staff, and ensure service delivery meets funding, legal, and organisational requirements.
You will support intake, risk assessment, safety planning, and manage complex/high-risk cases while building partnerships with external agencies.
