The Hervey Bay Boat Club offers our members and guests an exciting venue with various food and beverage outlets, events and entertainment, as well as marine and gaming experiences, in a one-of-a-kind venue overlooking the Great Sandy Straits and K'gari.

About the role

The Boat Club is seeking passionate Chefs, Cooks and Apprentices to join our vibrant and hardworking kitchen team.

What you'll be doing
n
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our diverse menu, ensuring the highest quality and presentation standards
n
Work across our Bistro, Coffee Shop and Functions department
n
Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment
n
What we're looking for

A range of skills and experience,



from first year apprentices to qualified experienced Chefs
n
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
n
Passion for using fresh, seasonal produce and creating delicious meals
n
A flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
