Act on behalf of subsidiaries of multinationals, large commercial enterprises, SMEs, public companies or government agencies.
Regularly be called upon to advise directors on their duties, manage mergers and acquisitions, resolve high level commercial disputes, determine business structures and assist in dealing with Director Penalty Notices (DPN) and Creditor's Statutory Demands.
