Job Description
Your Own Way Australia is seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to participants with complex needs across the Shoalhaven region in Current South Wales.
Join a Not-for-Profit provider prioritising work-life balance and career development.
You will deliver daily living support, assist with personal care, and help participants engage with community activities while following NDIS and safety standards, within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
