About the role
Join a growing, Australian-owned surveying firm as the first point of contact for our clients and the organisational backbone of our office.
This is a diverse reception role where you'll work closely with our Directors and get exposure to a wide range of business functions — ideal if you enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly.
It's a 12-month contract with the potential to extend for the right person.

What you'll do
Front-of-house reception: answering calls, greeting clients, and scheduling job appointments
General office administration and keeping supplies and stock ordered
Managing incoming emails and correspondence




Coordinating vehicle servicing and company fleet insurance
Managing company insurance renewals and payments
Processing supplier invoices and assisting the Accounts team with day-to-day admin
About you
Experience in a reception or administration role preferred, though not essential
Excellent customer service skills and a qualified phone manner
Positive, friendly attitude and a genuine team player
Solid written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Full working rights in Australia
A current Australian driver's licence is advantageous
Recent graduates are welcome to apply
