Move in-house from public practice – no timesheets, billable-hour targets or business development.
We're looking for an experienced accountant with a robust SMSF background who wants to use that knowledge in a broader in‐house role.
You'll still be working with SMSFs, tax and investment reporting, but without the usual practice pressures.
The role also has a solid focus on systems, data and improving the way we do things internally.
If you enjoy the technical side of accounting but are ready for something different from traditional practice life, this could be a valuable fit.
The role




You'll join our internal operations and reporting team and take responsibility for the accuracy and delivery of tax and investment reporting provided to our clients and their external accountants.
You'll work closely with our advisers, operations team, clients and external accounting firms, and you'll get exposure to a wide range of investment portfolios and structures.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Managing and reviewing annual investment tax reporting
Reviewing investment and tax data for accuracy and completeness
Working with external accountants to resolve reporting and tax queries
Coordinating and reviewing investment documentation
Applying your knowledge of SMSFs, trusts and companies when reviewing client structures
