Job Description
Suburban Connect is delivering one of Victoria's largest tunnelling projects.
The Senior Advisor, HR & IR, will ensure IR compliance for direct employees and monitor subcontractor mobilisations in line with project requirements.
You will provide guidance on employment legislation, industrial instruments, and business standards, while supporting HR initiatives and HRIS-driven reporting for project leadership.
