Job Description
Uniting Horsham is seeking a compassionate mental health qualified to join the Step Thru Care program.
You will be the first point of contact, providing intake, assessment and trauma-informed support across stepped care.
Based in Horsham, you'll work across AOD services, low-to-high intensity care, with face-to-face, outreach and telehealth, collaborating with Grampians partners to support recovery.
