Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics | HD Fitters | Field Service
AWE is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to support HME maintenance operations across the Bowen Basin.
The role involves breakdown response, component change-outs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance on Mobile plant, Draglines & ancillary equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out breakdown response, diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding.
Strip, assess, and rebuild hydraulic & pneumatic systems and components.
Perform component change-outs, rebuilds, and major repairs on mobile plant, draglines, and ancillary equipment
What's on Offer:
Rates up to $85 per hour casual.
Work across major Bowen Basin mining operations.
Exposure to a wide range of HME, mobile plant, draglines,



and ancillary equipment
To be considered, you must hold the following:
Australian Working Rights
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Experience with mining & heavy equipment.
Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant).
Ability to pass full pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening.
