Pathology Queensland seeks a Senior Scientist to lead Haematology and Transfusion services across the Fraser Coast region, including Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals.
You will ensure adherence to NATA, NPAAC and ISO * standards and support strategic planning with the supervising team.
You will supervise staff, validate recent instrumentation, provide expert scientific advice to clients, and drive improvements in service delivery and KPIs.
