Job Description
Transport for NSW is seeking a senior change management qualified to lead enterprise-scale people change initiatives.
You will provide strategic leadership and expert advice across multiple streams, aligning change with enterprise priorities and customer outcomes.
This permanent, full time role requires people development, coaching, risk management, and data-informed decisions, with a three-day-in office requirement at Macquarie Park and flexibility to other project locations.
