Job Description
Pointer Strategy is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager in Melbourne or Sydney to own and scale the partner enablement function, building playbooks, training, and incentive campaigns.
This role offers autonomy to design a certification program and asset library from the ground up, with direct mandate to improve partner and internal sales collaboration.
You'll lead joint sales motions, oversee webinar programs, and track pipeline in the CRM while reporting progress at regular reviews.
