An exciting opportunity has become available for a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join a newly built drinks manufacturing site in Rooty Hill.
This is your chance to be part of a contemporary, high-tech facility from day one, working with new equipment and helping shape maintenance standards and processes.

Up to $60ph + Shift Loading (30% nights, 15% Afternoons)
Monday-Friday roster - no weekends, Afternoon Shift for majority of the year.
Night Shift Roster between October - January (Peak Season)

The Role
You will be responsible for keeping production running smoothly by carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
This is a hands-on role where your mechanical expertise will directly impact plant performance and efficiency.




Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults efficiently
Support installation and commissioning of new machinery
Work closely with production to minimise downtime
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality
About You
Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter (Fitter & Turner or similar)
Experience in FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing highly regarded
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience with conveyors, pumps, and automated equipment
Reliable, proactive, and a solid team player
