Job Description
Elysium Manly is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to lead luxury hotel sales across leisure, corporate and MICE channels in Sydney's iconic Manly precinct.
You will guide the Sales team, craft strategic plans and drive revenue growth while upholding exceptional service standards.
The role requires 4+ years in a senior leadership capacity within luxury hotels, solid negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a proactive, independent approach in a rapid-paced luxury workplace.
