Trilogy Funds is seeking a Portfolio Administration Officer to support PMs across NSW, Queensland and Victoria.
You will help complete loan administration tasks, setup current loans, manage discharged loans, and maintain monthly statements and reports within the Lending Operations team.
The role emphasizes cross-training across three sites (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne) and strict adherence to compliance and governance, with a proactive, detail-focused, team-first mindset.
