The role commands ownership of a 350-property rent roll and leads a small team of two Assistant Property Managers within a premium, boutique workplace.
The successful candidate will drive performance, mentor staff, and shape processes while reporting to the Director.
This is a Monday–Friday, office-based role with solid growth potential.
